Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the tidmastownsend.co.uk website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Ordering & Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Tidmas Townsend and its Directors are not responsible for consequential loss as a result of delayed delivery or non-delivery of goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment can be made by any method specified in the Order & Delivery section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Delivery to an address other than the cardholders address will be at our discretion. We reserve the right to ship orders to the cardholders address only.

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Product Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us on sales@tidmastownsend.co.uk with your order number and one of our team will aim to contact you within 24 hours.

Ordering & Delivery

All delivery charges for your order are calculated in the checkout section of the website once full delivery address details have been given. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with confirmation of your order status, delivery estimate and tracking information being provided by email.

Distance Selling Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund from the point that the order was placed up until seven days after receipt of the goods.

We will offer refunds to customers that return goods they deem to be either damaged or faulty on arrival once they have contacted a member of our team. This contact must be made within seven days of delivery

We will refund your money within 30 days of your refund request or return of goods as applicable. The cost for returning the goods must be met by you.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Monies will be returned only to the card used for the purchase of the goods. Return of funds may take up to 5 days from the date of issue

Please note we can only accept returns from customers that have first contacted us to request a return. Please do not just post goods back to us without first sending a returns request to returns@tidmastownsend.co.uk.
