These narrow, single-wall white large letter boxes are the perfect size to comply with the Royal Mail’s large letter size specifications. In order to stay within the guidelines set out by Royal Mail, these large letter posting boxes all have a height, or thickness, of no larger than 25mm.
Be sure not to overfill this large letter box packaging, as they may not stay within these strict specifications when overfilled. Cardboard large letter postal boxes also have a maximum weight capacity of 750g, with the length and width of the item not being able to exceed 353mm and 250mm respectively.

Why Use Royal Mail Large Letter Boxes?
There’s a wide range of additional benefits to using Royal Mail large letter boxes. Primarily, you can accurately calculate your postage costs when consistently using this style of packaging as you’ll establish regularity in terms of costs when compared to the differing widths and weights that come into play when using an alternative postage method.
Next, these corrugated cardboard boxes also have the advantage of being significantly more durable and rigid compared to mailing bags - helping to provide a greater degree of damage resistance to its contents. If you’re packing items smaller than the Royal Mail large letter box, simply fill the void with cushioning in order to prevent the item from moving within the box and safeguard against potential damage.

- C7 (A7): Die-cut 101 x 101 x 20mm large letter
- C6 (A6): Die-cut 160 x 110 x 20mm large letter
- C5 (A5): Die-cut 222 x 160 x 20mm large letter
